Warranty period on spare parts is 7 days after the order delivery.
Some spare parts, like body and interior parts, are sold with no warranty according to the vendor’s policy, as it is described in the product’s page.
To make a return, visit your profile’s page, choose “orders”, then select “return” for the desired order.
Return requests are processed within 1-2 days after being delivered to the vendor.
Returned order money will be refunded to the card used during payment within 1-3 days from processing the return. In case of CASH ON DELIVERY, customers will be contacted to select a preferred method of receiving the money.
If you receive the wrong part, damaged part due to shipping, or the shipment was delayed more than assumed shipping period; contact us through WhatsApp 056-697-7407 or through the contact us page, and we’ll take on a corrective course of action.
